To ensure your safety, every single piece of jewelry is thoroughly cleaned before shipment. We are happy to provide delivery options that do not require face-to-face or signature interactions.

We are committed to ensuring an easy and safe experience for you. Our online site remains open for business and we are continuing to operate as usual with all necessary precautions as various states allow. Since we have studios in several states, we will follow their individual guidelines for business operations which may impact production for certain items. We will flag any products that are created in a state in which non-essential businesses are not allowed to be open. Production times vary by product.  See the item description for the ship time estimate of each product. Time in transit is in addition to this. Customers may choose their ship method during the checkout process.  

We do not guarantee delivery dates. Orders may not be cancelled due to shipper delays.
