Please be sure all personalization options are entered as you want them to appear on your product. Please double check size, if applicable. Once the order is placed it may not be cancelled or changed.

Production times vary by product.  See the item description for the ship time estimate of each product. Time in transit is in addition to this. Customers may choose their ship method during the checkout process.  

We do not guarantee delivery dates. Orders may not be cancelled due to shipper delays.

We offer insurance for every shipping carrier choice during checkout. If insurance is not chosen, we cannot assume responsibility for the package once it is in the hands of the carrier. We always suggest considering insurance.
