Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. Ship time estimates are estimates only and not guarantees of ship dates. Orders cannot be cancelled if they do not arrive by any particular date. All items are custom made and personalized just for you and are non-returnable and are non-refundable. Orders may not be cancelled once submitted.

Your credit card will be processed before any personalization starts. By processing your card before the personalization begins it assures that we can confidently begin your custom personalization and shipment.
