Ordering Instructions:

• Personalization Box 1: enter the names, separated by commas in the order you want them, top to bottom (example: Frank, Edward,Samuel, Andria)
• Personalization Box 2: enter birthstones in the order you want them, left to right (example: August, November, September, October)
